中文摘要：通过胸腔注射PHA及秋水仙素,取头肾细胞,经空气干燥法制片,Giemsa染液染色,观察了笛鲷属的约氏笛鲷(Lutjanusjohni)、勒氏笛鲷(L.russellibleeker)、画眉笛鲷(Lutjanusvitta)的染色体核型进行分析研究,结果表明:染色体数目2n=48,染色体总臂数(NF)为48,核型公式为48t。

外文摘要：The paper reports the karyotypes of Lutjanus johni, Lutjanus russelliand Lutjanus vitta through the chromosome metaphase prepared from kidney cells by the PHA colchicine--hypotonic --air drying technique and Giemsa staining. The chromosome numbers of Lutjanusjohni, Lutjanus russelliand lutjanus vitta were found to be 2n=48, which is telocentric chromosome, and the karyotype formula is 2n=48. Its fundamenal arm number （NF） is 48.
