中文摘要:为了评估人工种植红树对沿海湿地大型底栖动物及其底栖生态质量的影响,于2024年春季(4月)和夏季(8月),对湛江雷州半岛东部龙仔村人工种植红树林湿地开展了大型底栖动物调查,剖析了其多样性与群落结构特征,并应用多种指数方法评估了其底栖生态质量。结果表明,调查区域共记录到37种大型底栖动物,其中软体动物最多(21种,56.76%),环节动物(8种,21.62%)和节肢动物(7种,18.92%)次之,其他类群生物仅发现1种。春季大型底栖动物的平均栖息密度[(340±160)ind./m^(2)]和生物量[(161.02±83.06)g/m^(2)],高于夏季的(313±223)ind./m^(2)和(131.22±97.19)g/m^(2)。在多样性方面,春季的Shannon-Wiener指数(H')、Simpson指数(D)和Pielou均匀度指数(J')均高于夏季;就潮区而言,上述多样性指数则表现为低潮区>中潮区>高潮区。nMDS分析结果显示,不同季节大型底栖动物群落各自聚为一组但无显著性差异(PREMANOVA,P>0.05),不同潮区间大型底栖动物群落彼此分离且两两间均存在显著性差异(PREMANOVA,P<0.05)。ABC曲线评估结果显示春夏两季的大型底栖动物群落丰度与生物量累积曲线均出现交叉,表明底栖生态质量受到一定的扰动。AMBI和M-AMBI指数结果均显示,春夏两季总体底栖生态质量较好,所有站位均处于“良好”或“优”状态,但是也表现出较明显的潮区梯度,即低潮区>中潮区>高潮区。研究结果可为湛江“红树林之城”建设、红树林生态系统功能恢复及生态保护提供科学依据。

外文摘要:To evaluate the impact of artificial planting of mangroves on the macrofauna and ecological quality in coastal wetlands,a survey of macrofauna was conducted on the artificially planted mangrove wetland in Longzi Village,eastern Leizhou Peninsula,Zhanjiang in spring(April)and summer(August)of 2024.The diversity and community structure characteristics of macrofauna were analyzed,and multiple index methods were applied to evaluate the benthic ecological quality.The results showed that a total of 37 species of macrofauna were recorded in the survey area,with the highest number of mollusks(21 species,56.76%),followed by annelids(8 species,21.62%)and arthropods(7 species,18.92%),and only one species was found in other groups.The average density and biomass of macrofauna in spring were(340±160)ind./m^(2) and(161.02±83.06)g/m^(2),respectively,which were higher than the(313±223)ind./m^(2) and(131.22±97.19)g/m^(2) in summer,respectively.In terms of diversity,the Shannon diversity index(H'),Simpson diversity index(D),and Pielou evenness index(J')in spring were all higher than those in summer.In terms of tidal areas,the above diversity indices showed the pattern:low tide area>mid tide area>high tide area.The results of nMDS(non-metric multidimensional scaling)analysis showed that the macrofaunal communities in different seasons were clustered into separate groups,but there was no significant difference(PREMANOVA,P>0.05).The macrofaunal communities in different tidal areas were separated from each other and there were significant differences between each pair(PREMANOVA,P<0.05).The evaluation results of the ABC curve showed that the abundance and biomass accumulation curves of macrofaunal communities in spring and summer both intersect,indicating that benthic ecological quality were subject to certain disturbances.Both AMBI and M-AMBI index results showed that the overall benthic ecological quality is good in spring and summer,with all stations being in a“good”or“excellent”state.However,an obvious tidal zone gradient was also observed,i.e.,the benthic ecological quality in low tide zone>mid tide zone>high tide zone.This study can provide scientific basis for the construction of the“Mangrove City”,the restoration of mangrove ecosystem functions,and ecological protection in Zhanjiang.
