外文摘要:This study evaluated the physiological and molecular mechanisms underlying cold stress tolerance in golden pompano (Trachinotus ovatus) after a 56-day feeding trial with high-lipid diets (18%) supplemented with varying methionine (Met) levels (1.04%, 1.14%, 1.24%, 1.34%, 1.44%, 1.54% and 1.64%). After the feeding period, fish fed 1.24% Met (HLM3) showed the highest thermal growth coefficient and survival rate (P ? 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.
