中文摘要:采用二次阳极氧化法,制备了高度有序多孔氧化铝膜.研究了多孔氧化铝膜的光透过、光发射特性.结果表明,当波长低于290 nm时,透过性较差;在波长290~400nm附近氧化铝膜的光透过率发生突变;当波长高于400 nm时,光透过性较好.光致发光测试表明多孔氧化铝膜在400~550 nm之间有一个较宽的蓝色发光带,发光峰在450~460 nm.发光谱的峰位与氧化电压有关,随着电压的增大发生红移.
外文摘要:Homogeneous and ordered porous anodic alumina (PAA) membranes were prepared by second anodizing oxidation, The morphological, structural and optical properties of the obtained PAA were characterized and analyzed. The absorption spectrum of PAA shows that there is an obvious absorb when wavelength is shorter than 290 nm. Light transmittance is increasing sharply when wavelength is between 290 nm and 400 nm. In addition, PAA is transparent in the visible light wavelength region (〉400 nm). Photoluminescence (PL) spectra show that PL band lies in 450-550 nm with PL peak centers at 460 nm. Spectrum peak position is related to the oxidation voltage and shows red shift with voltage increased.
