外文摘要：Open-shelf borrow go over accord with psychological need of reader,be to be resolving reader taking advantage of important approach difficult to write,but be also to be confronted with the new problem that the book puts up arbitrarily.Cause of formation analyses the practical experience studying,being tied in wedlock by the fact that the book confuses a rack in face to face open-shelf service,superiority having suggested that govern measure,and effective corresponding field brings open-shelf service into play.
