外文摘要：In 1931, QU Qiu-bai drafted the article, Regulations of Documents Disposal, which prescribes the fields and approaches of collection and filing of documents of CPC. This article is the earliest guidance on the documentations of CPC＇s archives, and takes a significant position in both the history of modern secretary and archives. It symbolizes the start of the filing of CPC＇s documents and archives, and reflects QU＇s profound research into archives and bibliography.
