中文摘要：公共图书馆空间分布的合理性将对城市的公共文化服务能力产生重要影响。论文结合英国利兹市公共图书馆和地理数据,运用ArcGIS的量化分析与可视化功能,从公共图书馆的空间可达性和公共图书资源冗余两个角度总结了英国利兹市在公共图书馆选址建设和空间规划上的经验和教训,为我国城市合理选址建设公共图书馆,避免公共图书资源冗余,提升公共图书馆利用效率等方面提出建议。

外文摘要：Rational spatial distribution of public libraries will have an important impact on the public cultural service ability of cities.In this paper,combining with the public library and geographical data of Leeds,UK,and using the quantitative analysis and visualization function of ArcGIS,this research summarizes the experience and lessons of Leeds in the site selection of public library and spatial planning from the perspective of the spatial accessibility of public libraries and the redundancy of public book resources.Suggestions for China is to avoid the redundancy of public library resources and improve the utilization efficiency of public libraries.
