外文摘要:Drying is a highly energy-intensive process technology. Heat pump drying as an effective heat recovery drying technology has certain energy-saving advantages, Solar energy is a gift of nature, influenced by geography and weather. Solar assisted heat pump drying has been always regarded as a promising drying technology. In order to realize complementary advantages and combine drying elements, a new combined drying device of heat pump and solar energy was designed. The device can achieve different drying modes under different environmental conditions and different drying samples requirements. Which can achieve one-stage drying, two-stage drying, combined and independent drying of solar and heat pump drying, variable temperature and constant temperature drying conversion and independence. And partial drying function experiments were carried out with the built-up device as experimental equipment. The results showed that the mode conversion function of the device is good, and the drying time is closely related to the drying conditions.
