中文摘要:为研究南海西北部海域褐斑鲬(Platycephalus sp.1)的形态特征,了解不同分布区域群体间的形态差异,对采自雷州半岛东部博贺渔港附近海域和西部北部湾江洪渔港附近海域的65尾褐斑鲬样品进行形态特征测量及群体间差异水平分析。对形态测量后获得的20组标准化性状参数使用单因子方差分析、主成分分析及判别分析,结果表明,2个地理群体间可数性状无差异,9个可量性状参数存在显著性差异(P<0.05),主要体现在头部、前躯干部以及尾柄部;主成分分析表明6个主成分累积贡献率为72.1%,主成分得分散点图表明2个群体在形态上分化明显;通过判别分析建立的判别函数对样品来源的综合判别准确率达100.0%。综合分析表明,南海西北部褐斑鲬不同地理群体间可数性状上无明显差异,可量性状在头部、前躯干部以及尾柄部具有一定的差异性,这可能由雷州半岛的地理隔离作用所致。
外文摘要:Platycephalus sp.1 is a newly recorded species of Platycephalus spp.in China and is easily confused with species of the same genus.This paper aims to understand the morphological characteristics and find the differences between two geographic groups of Platycephalus sp.1 in the northwest South China Sea.A total of 65 samples were collected from the Bohe and Jianghong sea areas sited in the east and west Leizhou Peninsula.The study was conducted by combining morphological measurement and multivariate statistical analysis.In order to effectively reduce the influence of the differences between individual samples on the data,morphological measurement indexes of the head and the height of the caudal stalk were divided by the head length,and the remaining morphological indexes(including the head length)were divided by the body length.A total of 20 standardized measurable traits obtained were analyzed by one-way ANOVA,principal component analysis and discriminant analysis.Results showed that there was no difference in countable characters,but significant differences in 9 measurable characteristics between the two geographical groups(P<0.05),mainly reflected in head,anterior fish body and caudal stalk.Principal component analysis showed that the contribution rates of the first six principal components were 21.7%,15.8%,11.0%,10.0%,8.3%,5.2%,which explained 72.1%of the morphological difference in total.The first principal component was mainly determined by horizontal length from snout to dorsal fin/body length,body width/body length,horizontal length from snout to pectoral fin/body length,head length/body length,body depth/body length,interorbital width/head length,depth of caudal peduncle/head length.The second principal component was mainly determined by interorbital width/head length,postorbital length/head length,first dorsal fin length/body length,horizontal distance from the origin of the anal fin to the origin of the pelvic fin/body length.By extracting the two principal components with the largest contribution rate,a scatter plot was drawn to show that the two geographic groups of Platycephalus sp.1 had obvious differences in measurable traits.In the discriminant analysis,the Fisher linear discriminant function was constructed based on the stepwise method and a good discriminant effect was obtained.Two discriminant functions were established and the identification rate was 100.0%.Comprehensive analysis showed no significant difference in countable traits while significant differences in quantitative traits between the two geographic groups of Platycephalus sp.1 in the head,anterior fish body and caudal stalk,which may be due to the geographical isolation of the Leizhou Peninsula.This study provided basic data for the population characteristics of Platycephalus sp.1,the protection of fishery resource and the scientific management of the fishery stocks.
