中文摘要:利用微卫星标记技术,采用10对微卫星引物对南海海域红鳍笛鲷(Lutjanus erythopters)、星点笛鲷(L.stellatus)和紫红笛鲷(L.argentimaculatus)3种笛鲷鱼的野生种群(HYE、XYE和ZYE)和养殖种群(HYA、XYA和ZYA)进行了遗传多样性分析。10对微卫星引物在6个群体中共检测到78个等位基因,每个位点的等位基因数目在1~8个之间。6个群体的观测杂合度(Ho)为0.2500~1.0000,平均观测Ho为:ZYE(0.9550)>ZYA(0.8900),HYE(0.8950)>HYA(0.8400),XYE(0.8450)>XYA(0.8100);平均多态信息含量(PIC)为0.3648~0.7964,各野生群体均大于养殖群体;3种笛鲷鱼的野生群体和养殖群体遗传距离HYE与HYA,XYE与XYA,ZYE与ZYA分别为0.1029,0.0371和0.0135,基因分化系数(Fst)分别为0.0371,0.0211和0.0352。群体遗传结构分析结果表明:红鳍笛鲷、星点笛鲷和紫红笛鲷的遗传多样性较丰富,养殖群体的遗传多样性较野生群体均有一定程度的降低,野生群体和养殖群体分化较弱。

外文摘要:In order to study genetic information of the valuable fishes of snappers(Lutjanus), the genetic diversities of wild populations (HYE,XYE,ZYE) and cultured populations(XYA,XYA,ZYA) ofL. erythopterus, L. stellatus and L. argentirnaculatus from South China sea were detected using microsatellite technique. The amplified products of genomic DNA by 10 microsatellite markers indicated that the number of total alleles were 78 in the three species of snappers, the mean number of alleles of every locus were 1-8, mean observed heterozygosity (Ho) of six populations were: ZYE (0.9550)〉ZYA (0.8900), HYE (0.8950)〉HYA (0.8400), XYE(0.8450) 〉XYA (0.8100), the mean polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.3648 to 0.7964, genetic distances between wild populations and cultured populations of three species of the snappers were 0.1029 , 0.0371 and 0.0135, respectively, and coefficients of gene differentiation (Fn) were 0.0371,0.0211,0.0352, respectively. All of these showed that the snappers had high genetic diversity, the level of genetic diversity in wild populations was higher than that in cultured populations and faint genetic differentiation existed between wild populations and cultured populations.
