中文摘要:对紫蛤Soletellina violacea Lamarck的生活环境、生活习性与分布等进行了观察,并研究了相对密度对紫蛤成活率的影响。结果表明,紫蛤生活在中低潮区至潮下带15~30cm的细沙底,自然分布海区的水温变化范围为9~33℃,pH值为6.9~8.6,海水相对密度的适宜范围为1.004~1.029,最适相对密度范围为1.005~1.027,以有机碎屑和硅藻为主要食料。雌雄异体,一年有二次繁殖期。鲜出肉率为59.99%,24h 60℃烘干后的干出肉率为11.75%。

外文摘要:Observation of living environment, living habit and distribution, at the same time, the preliminary research on the effect of sea water relative density on its survival rate were conducted. Soletellina violacea Lamarck lives in silver sand of the sea bottom (15-30 cm deep) in the middle, low tide bands and under-tide area. The water temperature of natural distribution area ranges between 9℃ and 33℃, pH ranges between 6.9 and 8.6, the optimum water density is 1.005-1. 027, suitable water density is 1. 004 - 1.029, it feeds mainly on organic crumb and diatom. It is dioecious, propagating twice annually. The output ratio of the fresh oyster meat is up to 59. 99% , and the dried oyster meat output ratio is at 11. 75% after 24 h drying at 60℃
