中文摘要:针对目前钱币清分机的使用范围不广,而人工清分的效率不高、出错率大的技术背景,提出了一种立柜式钱币清分机的设计,能够同时完成对纸币和硬币的清分,属于机电一体化产品。该清分机采用了对心式曲柄滑块机构作为进行混合钱币初步筛选的机构。在硬币的后续整理中,采用了基于89C52单片机的控制舵机对分离好的硬币进行分类收集,使用光电计数器进行硬币计数。经过后期测试与检验,本清分机占地面积小,分离效率达95%,效果可靠。
外文摘要:Aiming at the problems that coin sorter are not widely used,but the efficiency of manual sort is not high and the error rate is high,a cabinet type coin sorter was designed. It can also complete the notes and coins sorting,belonging to mechatronic product. The sorter took in-line crank-slider mechanism as the preliminary screening mechanism for mixed coins. In the subsequent arrangement of coins,a control steering engine based on 89 C52 SCM was used to collect the separated coins,and the coins were counted by a photoelectric counter. After the later test,the separation efficiency reached 95%,and the effect was reliable.
