中文摘要：建设规范标准是高校危化品仓库建设的根本依据和基础,是危化品仓库建设质量和运行安全的规范保障。结合高校教学、科研、校园环境等特点,提出多点、控量的高校危化品仓库建设思路,并对仓库的选址、分类、面积、抗震、防爆、安全等方面的规范要求进行了探讨,为高校危化品仓库建设提供了建设规范标准参考。

外文摘要：The construction standard is the fundamental basis and foundation for the construction of hazardous chemicals warehouses in colleges and universities and the standard guarantee for the construction quality and operation safety of hazardous chemicals warehouses. Combined with the characteristics of teaching, scientific research and campus environment, this paper puts forward the idea of multi-point and quantity control for the construction of hazardous chemicals warehouse in colleges and universities, and probes into the specification requirements and key points of warehouse location, classification, area, internal building, anti-seismic, explosion-proof,safety, etc., so as to provide reference for the construction of the hazardous chemicals warehouses.
