中文摘要:人参多糖作为人参重要的有效成分之一,具有调节机体免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、提高机体代谢能力等作用。近年来研究发现,除了人参根,人参茎叶、果实和花中也含有各种人参多糖等有效成分,提高了人参植物资源的利用价值。人参多糖不仅具有替代抗生素的作用,还可通过影响肠道菌群的结构,提高动物的生产性能,为动物天然饲料添加剂的选择和应用提供了原材料。本文根据近年来国内外研究,对人参多糖的理化性质、生物学作用及其在动物生产中的应用进行简要的综述,为今后对人参多糖的研究与应用提供参考。
外文摘要:As one of the important effective components of ginseng,ginseng polysaccharide has the effects of regulating immunity,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-bacterial and improving body metabolism capacity.In recent years,studies have found that in addition to ginseng roots,ginseng stems and leaves,fruits and flowers also contain various active ingredients such as ginseng polysaccharide,which greatly strengthens the utility value of ginseng plant resources.Ginseng polysaccharide not only has the function of replacing antibiotics,but also can improve the production performance of animals by affecting the structure of intestinal flora,which provides ideas for the selection and application of natural animal feed additives.Based on the recent research at home and abroad,the physicochemical properties,biological effects of ginseng polysaccharide and its application in animal production were briefly reviewed in this paper,which provided reference for the future research and application of ginseng polysaccharide.
