中文摘要:为探索曲面等行距加工中的走刀方向优选原则,对凹曲面铣削时的二维几何模型进行数学推导,证明了残留高度对横向曲率半径的偏导数为正数,说明凹曲面的残留高度随横向曲率半径的增大而增大。进而可知横向为凹曲线、直线、凸曲线时的加工精度会依次降低。采用等行距法沿纵横两个不同方向铣削相同的马鞍面时,横向为凹曲线的加工的表面粗糙度比横向为凸曲线低。这一结果对选择曲面加工方向具有重要参考价值,尤其适用于小半径曲面半精加工。
外文摘要:To approach the direction-selecting rules in 3-axis surface-milling under constant transverse step,a mathematic deduction for 2D geometric model during milling the concave surface was made.It showed that the partial derivative of scallop to transversal curvature-radius is positive,which indicated that the scallop of concave surface would increase with increasing the transversal curvature-radius.Then it is known that the milling precision would descend in sequence following the transversal-curve order as concave,line and convex.When the same saddle-surface is milled along the two different directions namly longitudinat and transverse with constant transverse step,the surface roughness is lewer if the transverse is concave than that if it is convex.This result has great reference-worth in selecting milling direction for surface,especially applicable in semi-finish milling the curvic surface with small-radius.
