中文摘要:为了测量等离子射流的温度和速度,设计了量热探针测量系统,采用补偿式的量热法来测量热等离子体的比焓得到热等离子体的温度;也可作为水冷皮托管来测量射流的动压头确定射流流速。系统采用Ф3.8mm探针实际测量最高温度达8515K。根据等离子喷枪的输入功率和热效率估算出喷枪出口处射流的温度和速度,与探针的测量结果比较吻合。
外文摘要:To measure the temperature and velocity of the thermal plasma jet, an enthalpy probe system is developed. The enthalpy probe is not only a compensated calorimeter that can obtain the temperature of the plasma through measuring its enthalpy, but also a water-cooled pitot tube that can obtain the velocity of the plasma jet through measuring the stagnation pressure. Due to the advanced manufacture technology, the outer diameter of the probe can be reduced to 3.8 mm, which significantly improves the sensibility and reliability of the probe. The measurement shows that the probe works safely under the temperature of 8515 K. The temperature and the velocity of the plasma jet at the nozzle exit are also estimated from the arc power and the torch efficiency and in good accordance with the measuring results of the probe.
