中文摘要：通过分析技术动作的构成以及注意分配与各注意品质的关系,研究了完成体育技术动作过程中的注意分配。结果表明,注意分配是完成技术动作过程中不可缺少的一种注意品质;提高运动员的注意分配能力对完成动作的协调性、节奏性以及加快反应都有着重要的作用。

外文摘要：By analyzing the relationship between attention distribution and technically finished action, the paper studies the course of the action and points out that attention distribution plays an important role in improving the coordination and rhythm of the action.
