中文摘要：本试验根据马氏珠母贝手术贝的不同生理状态，分别用控制海水流量、饵料等抑制贝的生殖腺发育，或促进生殖腺发育并诱导产卵排精的方法，对手术贝进行术前处理，结果表明：手术后休养期成活率平均为９２．９％，最高的达９５．３％；育珠期成活率平均为７５．３％。最高的一组达８５．３％；平均每个贝留核数１．０６粒，最高的达１．１７粒，同时珍珠质量明显提高。用术前处理方法，产量和产值可提高５２．３％。

外文摘要：According to the different Physiological states of Pinctada martensii(Dunker),several pre-operation treatments have been carried out to pearl oyster, such as controlling the flow of sea water and the quantity of food etc, in order to inhibit or stimulate the development of gonad and to induce spawning or discharging of sperms, The result shows that the average survival rate is 92.9%, the highed is 95.3%. during recu peration and the average survival rate is 75.3 %, the highest is 85.3%, during the pearl culturing Period; the average retainable bead is 1.06, the hishest is 1.17 in each operated oyster, the quality of the pearl is also -obviously improved.The output and the output value will increase by 52.3% after the Pre-operation treatment.
