中文摘要：随着数字化浪潮兴起,我国数字经济发展迈入了“快车道”。以大数据、云计算、人工智能为代表的数字技术对企业的管理与发展带来了极大的挑战与机遇。数字技术的合理应用现已成为企业塑造核心竞争力的有力法宝之一,与数字化转型相关的研究议题也成为当今重要的研究方向之一。文章在国内外文献的基础上对数字化转型的定义进行总结归纳,从理论基础、基本要素、经济后果等方面构建研究框架,提出企业应培养动态的双元创新能力以适应竞争日益激烈的市场环境,并对未来数字化转型研究方向进行了展望,研究内容对数字化转型的相关理论研究发展与实践应用提供了参考与借鉴。

外文摘要：With the rise of digital tide, the development of China’s digital economy has entered the "fast lane". Digital technologies represented by big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence have brought great challenges and opportunities to the management and development of enterprises. The rational application of digital technology has become one of the powerful magic weapons for enterprises to build their core competitiveness, and the research topics related to digital transformation have become one of the important research directions. On the basis of domestic and foreign literature, the article summarizes the definition of digital transformation, constructs a research framework from the aspects of theoretical basis, basic elements, and economic consequences, proposes that enterprises should cultivate dynamic dual innovation capabilities to adapt to the increasingly competitive market environment, and looks forward to the future research direction of digital transformation, and the research content provides reference and reference for the theoretical research development and practical application of digital transformation.
