中文摘要:【目的】研究温度、盐度与照度对波吉卵囊藻(Oocystis borgei)-沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)藻菌体系氨氮吸收速率的影响。【方法】通过稳定同位素标记技术测定不同温度(15、20、25、30、35℃)、照度(0、1500、2500、3500、4500 lx)和盐度(0、5、15、25、35)条件下藻菌体系对氨氮的吸收速率以及体系中各组分的贡献率,采用单因素及正交实验法分析3种环境因子对藻菌体系吸收氨氮的单一及联合效应。【结果】单因素实验表明,在温度、盐度和照度分别为20~30℃、5~25、1500~4500 lx时,藻菌体系均可高效吸收氨氮,最高吸收速率分别为3.367、3.367、4.098μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1)。正交实验表明,温度30℃、盐度15、照度3500 lx为吸收氨氮的最高效环境条件组合,此时藻菌体系对氨氮的吸收速率为4.098μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1),藻菌体系氨氮吸收速率受温度影响最大,其次为盐度,照度最小;在条件相同时,藻菌体系对氨氮的吸收作用大于单一菌和单一藻,波吉卵囊藻在藻菌体系氨氮吸收中起主要作用。【结论】波吉卵囊藻与沼泽红假单胞菌藻菌体系在环境变化较大时依然保持较高的氨氮吸收效率,在对虾养殖水质调控和改善中应用前景广阔。

外文摘要:【Objective】To study the effects of temperature,salinity and illuminance on the ammonia nitrogen absorption characteristics in the consortia of Oocystis borgei and Rhodopseudomonas palustris.【Method】The ammonia nitrogen uptake rates and respective contribution rates of the microalgal-bacterial consortia were measured under different temperatures(15,20,25,30,35℃),illuminance(0,1500,2500,3500,4500 lx)and salinity(0,5,15,25,35)using the stable isotope labeling technique,and the effects of environmental factors on algae-bacteria system absorbing ammonia nitrogen were analyzed by single factor and orthogonal test.【Result】The single factor tests showed that temperature,salinity and illuminance had significant effects on the ammonia nitrogen uptake rate of the bacteria-algal complex(P<0.05),and the absorption rate of ammonia nitrogen was higher under 20-30,salinity 5℃-25,and 1500-4500 lx,the highest absorption rate were 3.367,3.367,and 4.098μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1).The orthogonal tests showed that the optimal combination of environmental conditions was 30,salinity 15,and 3℃500 lx,with the ammonia nitrogen absorption rate of the consortia,reached 4.098μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1).Temperature was the main factor affecting the ammonia nitrogen absorption rate of the consortia,followed by salinity and illuminance.The uptake of ammonia nitrogen in the algal system was greater than that of single bacteria and single algae,and O.borgei played a major role in the uptake of ammonia nitrogen in the system.【Conclusion】The microalgal-bacteria consortia in this study can maintain high efficiency of ammonia nitrogen absorption under greater environmental changes,which would have a broad application prospect in the control and improvement of water quality in shrimp culture.
