中文摘要:在4.9hm2养殖池的一角围成面积0.13hm2的小塘,形成半封闭围隔池,内设投饵台,灌注21~23℃的地下水,维持围隔中水温在13~16℃,研究吉富罗非鱼成鱼低温越冬技术。结果表明,罗非鱼越冬成活率98%,未出现罗非鱼的低温损伤,溶氧从5.8mg/L降为3.2mg/L、透明度从50cm降为35cm、总氨氮低于0.3mg/L、亚硝酸氮低于0.5mg/L,COD低于23.6mg/L,水质良好。在同样气温条件下,大棚越冬对照池保持水温15~16℃,罗非鱼存活率95%,溶氧从5.8mg/L降为1.2mg/L、透明度35cm降为25cm、总氨氮0.9mg/L升为2.3mg/L、亚硝酸氮0.6mg/L升为2.5mg/L,COD为43.6mg/L,水质变差。半封闭围隔池可保持水温在罗非鱼的近临界伤害温度13℃或13℃以上,罗非鱼成鱼在野外不搭棚能安全越冬。

外文摘要:A half-closed enclosure of 0.13 hectare was built in the comer of the adult Gift Tilapia culture pond with the size of 4.9 hectare, located in the suburb of Nanning city, Zhuang Nationality Autonomous Region, Guangxi. At the beginning of December 2008, feeding terraces was set up in the enclosure, and then 21-23℃ deep-well water was filled into it to maintain the water temperature 13-16℃ in the whole overwintering period. During the overwintering period, the survival rate of Tilapia was 98%, and a small quantity of feed was used, and water quality kept well and the Tilapia kept healthy without cold injury. A good economic benefit was gained after selling them out at March 2009. While the Tilapia survival rate was 95% in a plastic-covered pond--the control group under the same air temperature condition with the water temperature 15-16℃, and more feed was consumed. The results showed that the use of a half-closed enclosure would maintain the water temperature in the near-critical injury tilapia temperature 13-16℃, and a lower cost which enable the tilapia fish to overwinter safely was paid on the nature condition.
