外文摘要：A 24 hours continuous observation of the grazing behavior of Leizhou Goat in spring indicated that the grazing time is 415.37±26.81 minutes, the average grazing frequency 35.34±3.52 per minute, the wandering time 15.65±7.32 minutes, drinking 3 times per day and the drinked water 0.38±0.31 kg; the ruminant time in 375.7±21.73 mintues, ruminant cycle 15.25±0.38; the continuing time of ruminant 42.19±6.74 mintues. the ratio of rumination / grazing 0.91∶1; the masicating time for one diet ball is 50.29±8.42 seconds and the masication speed during ruminanting is 1.35±0.15 times / second; the ruminant time in the day time accounted for 75% of the total ruminant time, which is significantly higher than that at night (P<0.05); The times of defecating and urinating are 8.67±1.37 and 6.88±1.04 respectively and significantly higher in day time than that at night (P<0.05).
