中文摘要：城市化是工业化的必然结果,城市建设要把文化建设作为重要环节。提高城市文化内涵的方法论原则主要有传统和现代相结合的原则、特色性和国际性相结合的原则、科学和人文相结合的原则、可持续发展原则等。城市文化建设的向度有科学文化、人文文化和生态文化。要注意新型工业化与城市文化建设的协调发展。城市建设要文化化、人性化、数字化、国际化。

外文摘要：Urbanization is an inevitable result of industrialization.Culture construction should be an important link in city construction.The chief methodological principles to promote the cultural connotation of a city are as follows:combination of tradition with modernity;combination of characteristics with internationalism;combination of science with humanities.City culture construction is dimensional in scientific culture,humanities,and ecological culture.Meanwhile,we should pay attention to the coordination of new industrialization and city culture construction.City construction should focus on humanities,human nature,digitalization and internationalization.
