中文摘要:设置5个温度梯度(14、19、24、29、34℃),海水盐度为32,研究温度和规格对管角螺Hemifusustuba(Gelin)耗氧率和排氨率的影响。结果表明:14~29℃范围内,管角螺耗氧率随温度的升高,29℃时达到最大值;14~34℃范围内,排氨率随温度的升高而增加。在相同温度下,耗氧率和排氨率随单位软体部干重的增加而下降,管角螺软体部干重(W)与单位体重耗氧率(OR)、排氨率(NR)之间的关系分别符合幂函数方程OR=aW-b、NR=cW-d,W与OR、NR呈负相关关系。

外文摘要:Effects of temperature and body size on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of the Hemifusus tuba(Gelin) were studied in laboratory. At sea water salinity 32, five temperature grades (14, 19, 24, 29, 34 ℃) and three groups of Hemifusus tuba(Gelin) with shell height of 9.08±0.37 cm、7.59±0.41 cm、6.48±0.46 cm, and soft tissue dry weight of 3.10±0.35 g、1.90±0.54 g、1.10±0.19 g were set up for study. The concentration of dissolved oxygen and ammonia-N were determined by the Winkler method and the hypobromite method respectively. The experimental results indicated that within the range of temperature 14~29 ℃, the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia excretion rate of Hemifusus tuba(Gelin) increased with the increase of water temperature; and then, the oxygen consumption rate decreased and the ammonia excretion rate keep on increasing. At the same temperature, the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia excretion rate of Hemifusus tuba(Gelin) decreased along with the increase of soft tissue dry weight of Hemifusus tuba(Gelin), the relationship between soft tissue dry weight (W) and the oxygen consumption rate (OR) or the ammonia excretion rate (NR) of unit weight accorded with the power equation OR=aW-b or NR=cW-d, presenting the negatively correlated relations, where a ranges from 0.918 to 5.558 4, with mean of 3.441 3, and b ranges from 0.064 4 to 0.686 8, with mean of 0.484 7; c ranges from 50.820 to 330.980, with mean of 212.586, and d ranges from 0.127 to 0.471, with mean of 0.240.
