中文摘要：中国特色社会主义制度是近代以降符合世情国情党情的内在逻辑递进和外在发展绩优的必然结果,不仅具有中国社会进步和未来发展的制度优势与制度自信,而且呈现出理论与实践相结合的与时俱进性、党的领导与人民高度自觉一致性、一元之本与多元之末错落有致的开放创新性、集中统一办大事的制度优越性等四大鲜活特点。

外文摘要：The socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the inevitable result of internal logic advance and out- standing external development of CPC, China and the world, which not only has the institutional advantages and in- stitutional self- confidence of China＇s social progress and future development, but also reveals four distinct charac- teristics, such as the integration of theory with practice in contemporary time, the consistency of Party leadership and the people＇s high consciousness,the open innovation of a well -proportion of big in one and small in many,and the comparative superiority of the system of concentrating all forces on major tasks.
