中文摘要:探究2种水分条件下,氮素对甘蔗脯氨酸合成积累的效应,为甘蔗生产中氮素的施用提供理论参考。以粤糖55为材料,采用桶栽试验,在2种水分条件下,测定4个氮素水平间的脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量、P5CS与δ-OAT活性及其基因表达,以及有效茎数、茎径、株高、蔗茎产量、锤度的表现值。结果表明:随施氮水平的提高,干旱胁迫下,叶绿素、脯氨酸的含量及δ-OAT、P5CS基因表达量逐渐提高,δ-OAT、P5CS活性先增后降;正常水分下,叶绿素含量不断增加,脯氨酸含量、P5CS活性、δ-OAT活性不断下降。有效茎数、株高、蔗茎产量等性状随着氮素水平的增加而增加,而茎径、糖锤度则是先增后降。通过分析结果认为,在过磷酸钙(P肥)、氯化钾(K肥)施用量分别固定为1 800、750 kg/hm^2时,砖红壤土尿素(N肥)施用量在456~918 kg/hm^2范围内最佳,甘蔗抗逆性不断增强,产量不断增加,糖分高但呈下降趋势。
外文摘要:The effects of nitroge n on proline biosynthesis and accumulation were explored under two kinds of water conditions in order to provide references for nitrogen application in sugarcane production.The sugarcane variety YT-55 plants were cultivated in buckets. Under normal water and drought stress conditions and the four levels of nitrogen, the physiological and biochemical indices were tested such as the gene expression and activity of P5 CS, δ-OAT, proline content and chlorophyll content. As well as the performance values of effective stalks,stalk diameter, plant height, cane yield and brix were tested too. With nitrogen levels improving, the chlorophyll content, proline content and the gene expression of δ-OAT and P5 CS were gradually improved, the activity of δ-OAT and P5 CS had first increasing trend then decreasing trend under drought stress. Under normal water condition, the chlorophyll content was gradually improved, but proline content, the activity of P5 CS and δ-OAT were gradually decreased with nitrogen levels improving. The production traits were increased such as effective stalks, plant height and cane yield with nitrogen levels increasing, but stalk diameter and brix had first increasing trend then decreasing trend. The results of analysis showed that in P and K fertilizer application amount fixed for1 800 kg/hm^2 potassium chloride, 750 kg/hm^2 calcium superphosphate respectively, the best N fertilizer application amount should be within range of 456-918 kg/hm^2 urea in latosol soil, drought resistance and yield of sugarcane was growing, sugar content was high but showed a downward trend.
