中文摘要：带式输送机是港口铁矿石等散料的主要运输机械,运行过程中输送带经常发生纵向撕裂事故,严重影响生产安全。分析了各种撕裂方法,提出采用安全光幕和拖板相结合的综合报警装置,输送带纵向撕裂及时报警并且制动输送机。该方法简单易行,实验效果好,非常适合港口现有带式输送机的进一步安全防护的配备。

外文摘要：Belt-conveyor is the main transport equipment for the bulk cargos conveyance in ports. The belt longitudinal tear often occurs while the powder conveyor is operating, which seriously influences the production safety. In this article, the tearing mechanisms are analyzed. An integrated alarm brake system with light curtain and planker is proposed; this system will alarm and brake the conveyor once the belt longitudinal tear occurs. The proposed system is simple and easy to realize with fine experimental results, and it is suitable for the safety protector update for the existing ports belt-conveyors.
