中文摘要:以高良姜为原料,以黄酮提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化索氏提取法和超声波辅助法提取黄酮类物质的提取工艺,并比较其工艺条件。结果表明,索氏提取法最佳工艺为乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶40,提取3次,每次提取时间2 h,黄酮类物质提取率为76.3 mg/g;超声波辅助法最佳工艺为乙醇体积分数50%,料液比1∶35,超声时间70 min,超声功率400 W,黄酮类物质提取率为94.6 mg/g。因此,超声波辅助法的提取率较高、提取时间较短,更适于高良姜中黄酮类物质的提取。

外文摘要:To extract flavonoids from Alpinia officinarum Hance,two kinds of processing technology using soxhlet extraction or ultrasonic assisted extraction were separately optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. Results showed that optimal process of soxhlet extraction method was as follows:60% ethanol,ratio of feed liquid 1∶40,extracting 3 times per processure and lasting for 2 h;galangal flavonoids extraction yield was 76.3 mg/g. Optimal processure of ultrasonic assisted method was as follows:50% ethanol,rising material liquid 1∶35,ultrasonic time 70 min,ultrasonic power 400 W. Flavonoid yield of ultrasonic assisted extraction process was 94.6 mg/g. Ultrasonic assisted extraction method had higher flavonoid yield rate,shorter extraction time,so it was more suitable for galangal flavonoids in the extraction of flavonoids substances.
