中文摘要：自1978年以来,我国城镇化水平呈逐步上升趋势,城镇化发展取得巨大成就,而地方政府投资在城镇化发展进程中发挥了重要的推动作用。通过对我国城镇化发展演变历程和地方政府投资现状的梳理,基于我国2000—2015年的省际面板数据,采用固定效应模型,从全国宏观和分区域两个层面实证研究了地方政府对城镇化发展的影响机制。结果表明:地方政府投资与城镇化发展呈正相关,地方政府投资拉动城镇化发展,不同区域的地方政府投资对城镇化发展的正向拉动力度迥异,东部最强,中部次之,西部最弱。为推动城镇化进程,应充分发挥地方政府投资对城镇化的正向拉动作用。

外文摘要：The level of urbanization in China was rising gradually since 1978, and the recent urbanization made great achievements, while local government investment played an important role in the development of urbanization. Through generalized the evolution course of the urbanization development in our country and the present state of the local government investment, based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2000 to 2015 by using the fixed effects model from two aspects：The national macroscopic and sub- regional empirical estimated that the local government＇s influenced on the development of urbanization. The results showed that the local government investment positively correlated with the development of urbanization, urbanization, the local government investment in different areas of local government investment was pulling strength of urbanization development, the eastern most, times of central, the west, the weakest. In order to promote the urbanization process, local govern- ment investment should play a positive role of urbanization.
