中文摘要：根据海洋信息化工程建设面临的问题,提出了基于网格地理信息系统的粤西数字海洋解决方案并讨论了其实现过程。首先介绍了网格地理信息系统的特点及体系结构,其次阐述了基于Grid GIS的粤西数字海洋框架,最后论述了数字海洋实现的功能。网格地理信息系统不仅具有强大的空间分析与统计功能、空间数据和属性数据的处理能力,还应用中间件技术解决海量数据在分布式、异构环境下的信息共享、快速存储、传输和访问的瓶颈问题,为海洋信息管理的标准化、网络化、空间化提供了有效的工具。

外文摘要：In accordance with the problem of digital Ocean construction, the scheme of the digital ocean of west Guangdong based on Grid GIS is provided, and the implementation process is discussed. Firstly, the characteristics and the system structure of Grid GIS are introduced. Secondly, the frame of the digital ocean of west Guangdong based on Grid GIS is expatiated. Thirdly, the function of digital ocean is discussed. Grid GIS possesses the powerful function of dimensional data analysis and provides an effective tool for the standardization of reservoir management.
