中文摘要:为探讨墨吉明对虾Fenneropenaeus merguiensis幼虾(体质量为0.024 g!0.085 g)对温度和盐度的适应性,进行了盐度和温度的突变和渐变试验。结果表明:将盐度由25突变至15-30时,各盐度组墨吉明对虾幼虾的96 h死亡率无显著性差异(P〉0.05),将盐度由25渐变至2和37时,幼虾仍能正常摄食,其存活率分别为77.67%和80.83%;将温度由29℃突变至24、34℃时,各温度组幼虾的96 h死亡率无显著性差异(P〉0.05),将温度由29℃渐变至17、36℃时,幼虾仍能正常摄食,其存活率均为84.17%。研究表明,墨吉明对虾幼虾对低温的耐受力较差,但在低盐度水中开展墨吉明对虾养殖是可行的。
外文摘要:Tolerance of shrimp Fenneropenaeus merguiensis with body weight of (0. 024±0. 085)g juveniles to salinity and temperature was studied by abrupt and gradual changes. Results showed that no significant difference in mortality was observed in the shrimp exposed to abrupt salinity change from 25 to 15 , 20 , and 30 for 96 h ( P〉0 . 05 ) . The juveniles fed normally at gradual salinity change from 25 to 37 or 2 , with survival rate of 77 . 67% 25 and 80 . 83% at salinity of 37 or 2 . There was no significant difference in mortality in the juveniles exposed to abrupt temperature change from 29℃ to 24℃ and 34℃ for 96 h ( P〉0 . 05 ) . The juveniles fed normally when temperature was gradually changed from 29 to 17 ℃ or 36 ℃, with survival rate of 84 . 17%. The findings indicated that the shrimp juveniles had poor ability of resistance to lower temperature, and was cultured at low salinity feasi-bly.
