中文摘要:对2008年5~11月采集的广东流沙湾海域白腹小沙丁鱼(Sardinella clupeoides)进行稳定碳、氮同位素比值的测定,分析比较了5个不同体长组的差异,并以此为基础推算其营养级.结果表明,流沙湾白腹小沙丁鱼的δ13C值变化范围为-17.61‰~-15.99‰,平均值为-16.59‰,与浮游动物的δ13 C均值(-17.27‰)较为相近.其δ15 N值变化范围为12.73‰~15.26‰,平均值为14.03‰,比浮游动物的δ15 N均值(10.56‰)高出3.47‰.5个体长组的δ13 C、δ15 N平均值没有随着体长的增大而增大.由δ15N值推算出广东流沙湾海域白腹小沙丁鱼的营养级范围为2.24~3.25,平均值为2.76,符合其主要摄食浮游动物的食性.

外文摘要:To study the stable isotope values and trophic levels of Sardinella clupeoides in Liusha Bay of Guangdong Province in southern China, twenty subjects were collected from May to November 2008 and were analyzed by sta- ble carbon and nitrogen isotope analysis. The differences were compared and analyzed among five different groups of fish grouped according to different body lengths and the trophic levels were calculated through adopting SerCon 20- 20H Stable Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer. The current study showed that variation of BL3C values was between -17.61%o and - 15.99%0, while the average was - 16.59%0; similar to the ~13C value of the zooplankton ( - 17.27%0). Variation of 815N values was 12.73%0 - 15.26%0, while the average was 14.03%0; 3.47%0 higher than that of the zooplankton (10.56%0). The average 8t3C and BlSN values of the five different groups did not in- crease when the Sardinella clupeoides were longer. According to ~SN values, it were calculated that the trophic lev- els of Sardinella elupeoides in Liusha Bay ranged 2.24 - 3.25, while the average value was 2.76 that correlated with their feeding habits of eating zooplankton. To protect fish resources, it is suggested that SardineUa clupeoides shorter than 100 mm should not be eaptured.
