外文摘要：Although liberal legal thoughts greatly influence International law, their drawbacks such as their inherent contradictions are violently challenged by critical international law now. The viewpoint of critical international law is so original and profound that it provides a new perspective for us to survey the traditional theory system of international law and provides intellectual support for the position of China in International law.
