中文摘要:试验结果表明,(1)盐度从20突变为5时,其成活率为60%;盐度由20突变至50时,成活率为0。求得光裸星虫96 h半致死盐度上限为41.7。(2)盐度由25每隔12 h上升5至盐度50时,其成活率由100%降至60%,盐度逐渐由25降至5,光裸星虫成活率由100%降至85%。(3)当水温由25℃急骤降至20、15、10、5℃时,光裸星虫的成活率依次为100%、100%、100%、70%;当水温由25℃急骤升至30℃时,光裸星虫的成活率仅为10%;当突变温度急骤升至35℃时,其成活率为0。求得其96 h急性半致死温度上限为27.5℃。(4)水温由22℃每隔12 h逐渐升至25、30、35、40℃时,光裸星虫成活率下降幅度不大,分别为100%、100%、85%、85%。水温由22℃每隔12 h逐渐降至20、15、10、5℃时,其成活率均为100%。根据试验结果可知,光裸星虫属广温、广盐种。

外文摘要:The tolerances of Sipunculus nudus to abrupt changes in salinity, and temperature, and successive changes in salinity and temperature were studied. The results showed that the animals had survival rate of 60% at abrupt decline salinity from 20 to 5, but survival rate of 0% at abrupt increase salinity from 20 to 50. The upper salinity limit of LCs0 was 41.7 for 96 h. The survival rate declined from 100% to 60% when the salinity increased gradually from 25% to 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, and 50% at a rate of 5 per 12 hours. When the salinity declined gradually from 25 to 20, 15, 10, and 5, however, the survival rate declined from 100% to 85%. The survival rate rate of 100%, 100%, 100%, and 70% was observed at the temperature declined suddenly from 25 to 20, 15, 10, and 5℃, respectively. When the temperature increased suddenly from 25 ℃ to 30℃, the survival rate of the animals was only 10%. The survival rate of 0% was found when the temperature increased suddenly from 25 ℃ to 35 ℃ or higher. The upper temperature limit of LC50 was 27.5 ℃ for 96 h. When the temperature increased gradually from 22 ℃ to 25 ℃, 30 ℃, 35 ℃, and 40 ℃at a rate of 5 ℃per 12 hours, the survival was 100%, 100%, 85% and 85 ~ respectively. When the temperature declined gradually from 22 ℃ to 20 ℃, 15 ℃, 10 ℃, and 5 ℃ at a rate of 5 ℃per 12 hours, the average survival was found to be 100%, indicating that S. nudus is eurythermal and euryhaline animals.
