中文摘要:基于集合论思想,构建包含研发联盟、双元战略以及政策工具3个维度6个因素在内的企业创新绩效影响机制模型,对121家自动驾驶技术研发企业样本进行模糊集定性比较分析。研究发现,在研发联盟情境下存在4类实现高创新绩效的构型(环境驱动型创新、资源整合型创新、双元并驾型创新与知识保护型创新)和2类导致非高创新绩效的构型(生态匮乏型创新和消极作为型创新),并且不同路径的构成要素间存在替代或互补关系。研究结论不仅为解释研发联盟与企业创新绩效关系提供了新的视角,也为企业提升创新管理水平与政府优化政策工具设计提供了理论指导。
外文摘要:Based on the idea of set theory,this paper constructs an enterprise innovation performance influence mechanism model including three dimensions and six factors of R&D alliance,dual strategy and policy tools,and makes a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis on the samples of 121 autonomous driving technology R&D enterprises.It is found that in the context of R&D alliance,there are four types of configurations to achieve high innovation performance(environment driven innovation,resource integrated innovation,dual driving innovation and knowledge protection innovation)and two configurations to lead to non-high innovation performance(ecological deficient innovation and negative action innovation),and there is substitution or complementary relationship between the constituent elements of different paths.The research conclusion not only provides a new perspective for explaining the relationship between R&D alliance and enterprise innovation performance,but also provides theoretical guidance for enterprises to improve innovation management level and the design of government optimization policy tools.
