中文摘要:以尾叶桉U6(EucdypiusurphyllaecvU6)无性系为研究材料,盆栽于土壤相对含水量分别为100%(Ⅰ,CK)、80%(Ⅱ)、60%(Ⅲ)和40%(Ⅳ)条件下30d,研究干旱胁迫对桉树幼苗的生长和某些生理生态特性的影响。结果表明,土壤干旱胁迫对桉树幼苗株高、茎、根系生长,叶片数、叶面积及生物量等指标均产生显著影响,但根、茎生长受干旱胁迫影响的程度明显低于叶片生长。与对照组相比,各指标值均随土壤相对含水量的降低表现出下降趋势。土壤干旱胁迫也显著影响桉树幼苗叶片含水量、叶绿素含量及游离脯氨酸含量等生理指标。叶片含水量和叶绿素含量随土壤相对含水量降低而下降,但叶片游离脯氨酸含量则相反。干旱胁迫条件下桉树幼苗叶片游离脯氨酸含量的累积与其抗旱性的关系,还有待进一步研究确证。

外文摘要:Pot culture experiments were conducted to examine the eco-physiological characteristics of Encalyptus urphylla cv U_6 seedling. The seedling was grown under four different soil relative moistures, e. g., 100%(Ⅰ,CK),80%(Ⅱ),60%(Ⅲ)and 40%(Ⅳ) of field water-holding capacity. The results indicated that the growth of height, stem, root, leaf number, leaf area and biomass of seedling was influenced significantly under soil drought stress, but the influence to the growth of leaf was more higher than that of root and stem. And all values of above decreased with the soil drought stress developing. Soil drought stress also affected the leaf water content , chlorophyll content and free proline content of seedling significantly. When the soil relative water deficit was severe, both leaf water content and chlorophyll content decreased significantly, but free proline content increased evidently. The relation between free proline content accumulation and drought-resistance was needed for further study to be concluded.
