中文摘要:试验旨在研究大豆异黄酮对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、血浆生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响,为改善产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能和机体健康提供依据。试验选取健康、体重、产蛋率相近的360只55周龄京粉1号蛋鸡,随机分成2个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮基础上添加10 mg/kg的大豆异黄酮,预试期为2周,试验期为8周。结果显示:饲粮添加10 mg/kg大豆异黄酮对产蛋后期京粉1号蛋鸡的产蛋性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但可提高鸡蛋的蛋壳厚度和强度(P<0.05),对产蛋后期京粉1号蛋鸡血浆中总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖、谷草转氨酶、甘油三酯、胆固醇、总抗氧化物能力、丙二醛、总超氧化物歧化酶的含量均无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著增加了血浆中的钙、磷和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的含量(P<0.05)。综上,在产蛋后期京粉1号蛋鸡饲粮中添加10 mg/kg大豆异黄酮可提高蛋壳品质,增强血浆抗氧化功能。
外文摘要:The experiment was conducted to study the effect of soybean isoflavones on laying performance,egg quality,plasma biochemical indices and antioxidant capacity in Jingfen No.1 layers at the late phase of production.Three hundred and sixty55-week-age layers were divided into two groups,each group had six replicates with thirty chickens each.The control group was fed corn-soybean meal basal diet,and the experiment group was fed the same basal diet supplemented with 10 mg/kg soybean isoflavones.The pre-test period lasted for 2 weeks,and the trial period lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed that dietary 10 mg/kg soybean isoflavones did not affect the laying performance(P>0.05),but increased the shell thickness and shell strength of layers at the late phase of production(P<0.05).The supplementation of 10 mg/kg soybean isoflavones in layers′diets had no significant effect on the contents of total protein,albumin,glucose,glutamic oxalacetic transaminease,triglyceride,cholesterol,total antioxidant capacity,malondialdehyde and total superoxide dismutase in plasma(P>0.05),but increased the contents of calcium,phosphorus and glutathione peroxidase activity in plasma(P<0.05).In summary,dietary 10 mg/kg soybean isoflavones could improve eggshell quality and plasma antioxidant status in Jingfen No.1 layers at the late phase of production.
