中文摘要：论文通过研究国内外嵌入式学科服务的典型案例,从图书馆、学科馆员、教师与科研团队以及服务过程4个方面分析开展嵌入式学科服务存在的障碍。针对存在的障碍,论文从制度机制、人才与培训机制、宣传机制、队伍机制、重点服务机制、沟通机制、品牌机制以及激励机制8个方面研究推进高校图书馆嵌入式学科服务的保障机制,为已经开展或即将开展此项服务的高校图书馆提供借鉴与参考。

外文摘要：The article studies the typical cases of embedded subject service at home and abroad, discusses the barriers in developing embedded subject service from the aspects of embedded subject service in the library, subject librarian, the teacher and the team of scientific research, and service process in university library. The article studies the supporting mechanism in order to develop the embedded subject service in system mechanism, talents and training mechanism, propaganda mechanism, team mechanism, service mechanism, communication mechanism, and brand mechanism and incentive mechanism, aiming at providing reference for developing the embedded service in university libraries soon.
