中文摘要:以27SiMn钢贝氏体转变的冷速条件和温度范围为依据,采用正交方法进行了分段淬火的热处理试验。研究了淬火温度、淬火保温时间、回火温度、回火保温时间对于热处理后钢材力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,27SiMn钢获得贝氏体组织的最优热处理工艺为:910℃,30 min淬火(油冷至450℃后空冷至室温)+250℃,40 min回火,经该工艺热处理后27SiMn钢的屈服强度从423 MPa提高到693 MPa,抗拉强度由689 MPa提高到890 MPa,伸长率和断面收缩率分别为28%和67%,冲击吸收能量由原来的13 J提高到64 J,冲击性能显著改善,满足了工程机械用钢的需求。
外文摘要:Based on the conditions of the cooling rate and temperature range for bainite transformation of 27SiMn steel, stage-quenching heat treatment experiment was studied by orthogonal methods. The effects of austenizing temperature and holding time, tempering temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties of the steel after heat treatment were studied. The results show that the optimal heat treatment process: austenizing at 910 ℃, 30 min holding,oil cooled to 450 ℃ and then air cooled to room temperature+ tempering at 250 ℃ for 40 min. The mechanical properties of 27SiMn steel show that yield strength increases from 423 MPa to 693 MPa; tensile strength increases from 689 MPa to 890 MPa;elongation and reduction of area are 28% and 67% respectively, impact absorbed energy increases from 13 J to 64 J, impact toughness improves significantly. Thus, they meet the demand of construction machinery steel.
