中文摘要：为振兴粤西地区、促进区域经济协调发展提供理论依据,以产业集群理论为依托,对新型渔港经济区发展战略进行研究。通过SWOT分析当前粤西渔港经济区的发展态势,构建产业集群视野下渔港经济区发展战略的层次分析模型,运用AHP对各因素进行成对比较并计算权重,确定粤西渔港经济区的发展战略应立足于传统产业优势发展新型主导产业、抓住政策机遇促进渔港经济区经济发展。

外文摘要：In order to provide a theoretical basis for the revitalization of the western region of Guangdong province,promote the coordinated development of regional economy,the development strategy of new fishing port economic zone is studied based on the theory of industrial cluster.Through in-depth analysis of the current development trend of SWOT Guangdong fishing harbor economic zone,the analysis model is established for the development strategy of Fishing Harbor Economic Zone I from the perspective of industrial Cluster.By using AHP pairs of factors,weights are calculated to determine the development strategy in western Guangdong fishing harbor economic zone,which should be based on the advantages of traditional industries,make the best use of the development of new leading industries policy to promote the economic development of fishing harbor economic zone.
