中文摘要:以VC为对照品,测定海水珍珠水解液对DPPH·、ABTS·、OH·和O_2^-·的清除能力。结果表明,海水珍珠水解液对DPPH·的清除能力较强,其清除率略低于VC,IC50为7. 85%,当海水珍珠水解液体积分数为16%,其清除率达95. 11%;海水珍珠水解液对OH·和O_2^-·的清除能力相对较弱,当海水珍珠水解液体积分数为20%时,对其清除率分别为23. 44%和42. 94%;海水珍珠水解液对ABTS·的清除率大于VC,其差异显著(P <0. 05),IC50为7. 41%;海水珍珠水解液对DPPH·、ABTS·、OH·和O_2^-·的清除率都随着体积分数的增大而显著增加(P <0. 05)。海水珍珠水解液具备较高的抗氧化能力,为海水珍珠资源的开发利用提供了理论依据。
外文摘要:The scavenging capacities of seawater pearl hydrolyzate on DPPH·,OH·,O2^-·and ABTS·were assayed in contrast with VC.The results indicated that seawater pearl hydrolyzate had strong effect of scavenging on DPPH·and the scavenging rate was slightly lower than VC.The IC 50 was 7.85%.The scavenging rate was reached to 95.11%,when the volume fraction of seawater pearl hydrolysate was 16%.Compared with VC,the scavenging ability of the seawater pearl hydrolysate on OH·and O2^-·was relatively weaker.When the volume fraction of seawater pearl hydrolysate was 20%,the scavenging rate of OH·and O2^-·were 23.44%and 42.94%,respectively.Seawater pearl hydrolysate had stronger effect of scavenging on ABTS·than VC and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The IC 50 was 7.41%.Moreover,with the increase of the volume fraction of seawater pearl hydrolyzate,the scavenging rate of DPPH·,OH·,O2^-·and ABTS·increased significantly(P<0.05).Therefore,the seawater pearl hydrolysate has strong antioxidant capacity,and it provides a theoretical foundation for the development and utilization of seawater pearl resources.
