外文摘要：Low-carbon economy characterized by low consumption, low emissions, low pollution, it＇s development goal is to slow climate change, promotion of economic and social development, to Guangdong Province, it is the only way of building a strong marine economy province.So, this article from the perspective of Low-carbon economy, discussed the connotation of Low-carbon economy, significance of the development of the marine low-carbon economy, as well as discussed the current situation of marine economic development in Guangdong Province, and then proposed marine economy development mode,measures and recommendations witch based on low-carbon economy of Guangdong Province, the ultimate goal is to change the mode of marine economic growth in Guangdong Province, protecting the environment, promote the sustainable development of marine economy in Guangdong Province.
