中文摘要：滨海城市高速城市化与持续不断的工业园区建设,加上其特殊的海洋地理环境致使大气污染严重。在经济发展与环境保护要求冲突、环保政策落实不到位以及滨海城市特有的数据监测标准制定不足等因素共同作用下,我国滨海城市大气污染治理面临很大困境。新时代下,坚持习近平生态文明思想,合理布局滨海城市工业园区,积极推进智慧环保产业发展,建立联防联控治理体制,必将促进我国生态文明建设,改善滨海城市大气污染现状。

外文摘要：The rapid urbanization of coastal cities and the continuous construction of industrial parks,together with their special marine geographic environment,have led to serious air pollution. Due to the conflict between economic development and environmental protection requirements,inadequate implementation of environmental protection policies and inadequate data monitoring standards for coastal cities,air pollution control in coastal cities in China is still facing great difficulties. In the new era,adherence to Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,rational layout of industrial parks in coastal cities,active promotion of the development of intelligent environmental protection industry,and establishment of joint defense and control system will surely promote the construction of ecological civilization in China and improve the current situation of air pollution in coastal cities.
