中文摘要：从经济绩效、社会绩效和生态绩效3个方面初步建立农地内部流转市场绩效评价指标体系,运用综合指数法对湛江市2001—2006年农地内部流转市场进行绩效评价。结果表明:湛江市农地流转市场绩效呈现总体提升趋势,2001—2006年间绩效指数从0.319增至0.755,但生态绩效却出现下降态势,表明流转市场发展不均衡。提出加大农业政策扶持、加快建立流转市场化体系和完善流转价格机制等措施,以促进农地内部流转市场的发育和完善。

外文摘要：The paper built performance evaluation index system of internal transference market of farmland from aspect of economic, social and ecological effect, and evaluates the performance of internal transference market of farmland in Zhanjiang using the index analysis method. The results shows that the performance is in the trends of fast developing in Zhanjiang from 2001 to 2006, the performance index increased from 0.319 to 0.755, but the ecological performance is declining trend, it features instability of developoment o Finally, this paper proposes the eountmeasures that increasing agricultural policy support, speeding up the establishment of circulation market and improving the price mechanism of circulation to promote the development of the market.
