中文摘要:为揭示炔诺酮(norethisterone)对水生生物的影响,本研究利用质量浓度为1000 ng/L的炔诺酮处理海洋青鳉(Oryziasmelastigma)仔鱼24 h,分析炔诺酮对海洋青鳉仔鱼转录水平的影响。结果表明,炔诺酮处理导致海洋青鳉1848个基因转录模式发生显著改变,其中,728个基因上调,1120个基因下调。GO富集结果显示,差异表达基因在“肽酶活性,作用于L-氨基酸肽”和“辅因子结合”等途径显著富集。KEGG富集显示,差异表达基因在铁死亡、DNA复制和脂肪酸代谢通路显著富集。其中,在铁死亡通路中,acsl4、acsl3和gass下调。在DNA复制和脂肪酸代谢通路中,所有差异表达基因全部下调。结果表明,炔诺酮暴露可影响海洋青鳉仔鱼的生长和发育有关基因的转录水平,对海洋青鳉的早期发育和生长产生不利影响。
外文摘要:In order to reveal the effects of norethisterone on aquatic organisms,1000 ng/L of norethisterone was used to expose marine medaka larvae(Oryzias melastigma)for 24 h to analyze the effects of norethisterone on transcription level of marine medaka larvae in the study.The results showed that norethisterone exposure significantly changed transcription patterns of 1848 genes in marine medaka,including 728 genes upregulated and 1120 genes downregulated.The enrichment results of GO showed that the differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched in the ways of"peptidase activity,acting on L-amino acid peptide"and"cofactor binding".KEGG enrichment results showed that differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched in iron death,DNA replication,and fatty acid metabolism pathways.Among them,in the iron death pathway,acsl4,acsl3,and gass were downregulated.All differentially expressed genes were downregulated in the DNA replication and fatty acid metabolism pathways.The results showed that norethisterone exposure could affect the transcription level of genes related to the growth and development of marine medaka larvae,and adversely affect the early development and growth of marine medaka.
