中文摘要：绿色发展理念是中国共产党立足于当前中国发展现实与未来发展目标作出的前瞻性和全局性的考量。本文首先探讨了绿色发展理念的内涵,其次从理论和实践两个层面阐述中国共产党绿色发展理念的重要价值。最后提出了全面落实绿色发展理念、建立健全环境法规、充分把握国内国外两个大局、做好环保意识教育等具有可操作性的实现路径,旨在助推绿色发展理念的深入研究。

外文摘要：The concept of green development is a forward-looking and overall consideration made by the Communist Party of China based on the current development reality and future development goals of China.This paper first discusses the connotation of the concept of green development,and then expounds the important value of the concept of green development of the communist Party of China from two aspects of theory and practice.Finally,the paper puts forward some feasible implementation paths,such as fully implementing the concept of green development,establishing and perfecting environmental laws and regulations,fully grasping the two overall situations at home and abroad,and doing a good job in environmental awareness education.
