中文摘要：《半导体物理与器件》是电子科学与技术的专业基础课,该文主要分析了《半导体物理与器件》课程常用考核方式中所存在的一些问题,针对该门课程的特点,结合自身的教学经验,提出建立研究性教学模式,改革传统的考核体制,为学生学习打下坚实的基础,提高学生学习的积极和知识面,为《半导体物理与器件》课程提供一种新的教学和学习方式。

外文摘要：Semiconductor Physics and Devices is a professional basic course of electronic science and technology.This paper mainly analyzes some of the problems existing in the common assessment methods of Semiconductor Physics and Devices course.According to the characteristics of this course,combined with own teaching experience,this paper puts forward to establish a research teaching model,reform the traditional assessment system,lay a solid foundation for students’learning,improve students’enthusiasm and knowledge,and provide a new teaching and learning method for Semiconductor Physics and Devices.
