中文摘要:以榕类水草丛生芽为材料,以MS为基本培养基,在日温28℃,夜温22℃,光照强度为1 000~2 000 lx,光照时间10~12 h/d条件下,研究榕类水草的快速繁殖技术.结果表明:组合MS+6-BA 6 mg/L+NAA 0.4mg/L+Ad 16 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L对不定芽的增殖效果较好,增殖率达2.56.综合各因素水平组合对不定芽生根与生根苗质量的影响,组合1/2 MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L的生根效果最好,生根率为86.67%,平均根数6.20根,平均根长0.48 cm;生根苗质量也最好,平均茎粗为0.412 3 cm,平均茎高0.84 cm,平均叶数6.70片.组培苗在珍珠岩∶椰糠∶火烧土=1∶1∶1的移栽基质上,移栽成活率最高,成活率达83.33%.

外文摘要:Multi-buds of Anubias barteri waterweeds were used as explant and MS as basic culture medium,rapid propagation technique of Anubias barteri waterweeds was studied under the condition of 28 ℃ at day-time,22 ℃ in dark,1 000-2 000 lx illumination strength and 10 h/d illumination time.Results showed that,propagation of multibub was better at the medium of MS+6-BA 6 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L+Ad 16 mg/L + sucrose 30 g/L,with a bud increasing rate of 2.56.Taking effects of culture medium on rooting and quality of adventitious bud into consideration,the combination of MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L was the best for rooting,with a rooting percentage of 86.67%,an average of root number of 6.20,an average of root length of 0.48 cm,an average of stem diameter of 0.412 3 cm,an average of stem length of 0.84 cm and an average of leaf number of 6.70.The 1∶1∶1 mixture of pearlite,dreg of coconut and ash soil had the highest survival rate of plantlets,and the survival rate was 83.33%.
