外文摘要：Nitrite is one of the most important water quality indicators in aquaculture.In this paper,the effects of environmental factors on nitrite toxicity,the enrichment of nitrite in fish,and the effects of nitrite on the growth and development,metabolism,reproduction,nerves and behavior,tissue structure,immune function and antioxidant capacity of fish were discussed.
