中文摘要:苦丁茶作为一种传统的纯天然保健饮料佳品具有丰富的活性成分及多种生理功能。本文对苦丁茶多糖的提取、分离纯化、理化性质、一级结构及生理活性等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对苦丁茶多糖研究方向和应用前景进行了展望,这对于苦丁茶多糖的深入研究和应用以及苦丁茶资源综合开发、利用具有重要的指导意义。
外文摘要:Ilex kudincha is as a traditional type of healthy drink with rich bioactive substances and various biologic functions.In this thesis,the recent progresses in the research on the extraction,separation,purification,primary structure,some physicochemical properties and some biological activities of the polysaccharides from Ilex kudincha were summarized.Its research direction and application prospects were described,which will offer practical guidance for further processing of polysaccharides and comprehensive development and utilization of Ilex kudincha.
